Job Description The arborist-pruner takes care of trees in urban areas. He is called upon to cut dead or healthy branches, to carry out guying work, to fertilize trees and shrubs and to spray pesticides on trees in order to control certain insects and/or fight a disease.   This is a permanent position for work all year long including winter.    Main responsibilities  Cut dead branches and prune healthy branches from young and adult trees. Clear overhead line networks Perform cabling and bracing on the trees.   Examine trees and determine the treatment to apply in case of disease Transport and use heavy materials & equipment, while respecting safety rules.  Perform tool maintenance.  Comply with Strathmore landscape contractors’ policies and procedures.  Adopt a courteous and polite attitude with customers and team members.  Work safely and participate in safety meetings.  Comply with Strathmore landscape contractors policies and procedures...
