The second climber position will require daily  climbing/arboriculture practice and work with the lead climber to complete and execute the responsibilities of the day. Our daily operation includes 4-5 arborists working collectively to complete all jobs. A larger site presence of arborists allows for ease of work and a reduced work load on the individual.
