Duties Include: *6am daily report to the shop *Oversee efficient circle checks and job prep for timely shop departures. *Perform safety briefings and thorough job overviews on job site. *Serve as active member of crew and liaison between sales rep, client and crew. *CDL license (training provided if license not yet obtained) *Oversee all aspects of on-the-job performance. *Complete daily work orders for proper billing. *Ability to provide proper, constructive feedback to crew members that reinforces safety. *Participation in monthly All-Team-Meetings and Crew Leader Meetings. *Personal development through professional associations, workshops, and trainings.
