Our standard work hours are from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility within these hours based on job requirements. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a schedule that allows for flexibility while ensuring high-quality service to our clients.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience on a tree crew 
• 2+ years of experience climbing trees
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Being an ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A TREE CLIMBER

As a Tree Climber, you will start with planning and organizing tasks, followed by climbing to perform trimming or removal as needed. You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Throughout the day, you will train and mentor your crew, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Maintaining equipment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you lead your team in delivering top-notch services.
