🔥 Your Role: The Problem solver

The arborist estimator will have the opportunity to demonstrate their Arboricultural expertise in the field daily while meeting with our clients. You will dig deep to discover their tree care problems and then offer solutions based on proper tree care practices. You will be the eyes on the ground, compiling and sending recommendations and price breakdowns to our customers. You will be responsible for accurate time and cost estimates for tree removal, pruning, stump removal and the PHC services we provide.  

As you are the first face our customers see, it is of the utmost importance to provide unbe-leaf-able customer service and care at all times!

🌱 What We're Looking For:

• Experience & Passion: 3+ years in tree care, with a spark in your eye when you talk about trees.

• Licences & Certifications: MB Arborist license, ISA certification or ability to obtain required  Post secondary education in a related field would be an asset.  

• Class 5 Drivers license

💼 Your Day-to-Day:

As a proactive self-starter you will be at the helm of your own calendar, managing it independently to achieve and exceed the company’s ambitious sales goals. Your typical day will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to make a significant impact.

• Managing Your Calendar: You will take charge of your schedule ,prioritizing tasks and appointments to ensure that you are always moving towards your sales targets. Your ability to independently organize and manage your time will be crucial to hitting company sales goals. 

• Attending Scheduled Appointments: Each day will bring a series of prescheduled appointments, where you will meet with potential clients, existing customers and internal team members. These interactions will be key in building relationships, closing deals, and driving the business forward. 

• Creating and Delivering Proposals: Utilizing the SingleOps CRM software, to craft compelling and detailed proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Your presentations will not only showcase our offerings but also highlight the value and benefits we bring, effectively converting prospects into loyal customers.

• Participate in Management Meetings: Regularly scheduled management meetings will be a staple in your weekly routine. Here, you will collaborate with your peers, share insights, and contribute to strategic discussions that shape the direction of the company.

• Resolving Issues and Queries: Collaboration is key. Working closely with Management and Forepersons to address and resolve production issues or queries promptly. Your problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure that any challenges are met head -on and solutions are implemented swiftly.
