Job Description
Level 3 Climber (minimum 5 years climbing experience)
Pay Range $70,000 to $105,000
-Able to consistently perform all assigned work safely effectively according to company policy with no damages.
-Must perform at production metrics set
-Crew Leader duties: train and hold accountable crew members per processes
-Job walkthroughs according to standards
-Perform pruning and removals (precision/ crane) according to standards
-Able to positively influence crew members morale and drive motivation
Both ISA Arborist and ISA Tree Worker Certifications required to receive full pay at Level 3
