Arborist Solutions is a small employee oriented company in Central Ohio. Each of our employees does all aspects of tree care.  From production, to treatments, planting, and more, every employee is involved. 

Our pay range for Arborists starts at $21.00 and our Arborist Trainees start at $15.00 an hour.  We provide a Protos with Sena, chainsaw pants, and all new climbing gear needed to perform your job. 

We have one weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays, and unpaid time off (unlimited unpaid time off to anyone interested, but excessive time off during busy season will take paid vacation and holiday pay away)

We work four 10 hour shifts a week with a day off every Wednesday.  Optional Wednesday shifts may be available during extreme busy season but not required.
