About you

As you will be stepping into a leadership role you will hold some of these characteristics and/or be stimulated to develop and hone your skills as a leader;

    • give clear direction to your team
    • clearly communicate to, care for and and work with clients
    • clearly report to, work with and receive instruction from the quoting team
  • Comfortable taking on responsibility both of equipment, machinery and people
  • Willingness to grow as an individual, you appreciate the opportunity to sharpen your interpersonal and practical skills
  • 3-5 years experience as a climbing arborist and at least 1 year as a crew leader or showing clear examples of the above abilities.

Your role;

  • crew leader with a chip truck and a 2-3 person crew
  • responsible for organization and maintenance of tools and gear
  • receive $30-35/HR depending on experience
  • Overtime and weekend opportunities
  • paid climbing competition fees and training opportunities
  • year round work with flexible holiday and time off
  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm working day with breaks and lunch
  • Boots and saw pants can be provided
