Job Description

We're a small and growing tree service located in Chapel Hill, and our work mainly consists of pruning, removals, and tree health care. We are looking for the right person to join our team as a climber and possibly crew leader on one of our crews! Experience climbing in the tree industry is mandatory to be considered for this position. The right attitude and an excitement to learn is most important. 

Possessing the following are required to be considered for this position: 
- Drivers License 
- Punctuality 
- Proven experience climbing in the tree industry (a working interview to display skill level/experience will be a part of the hiring process) 
- Experience safely operating a chainsaw 
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle 
- Experience (and desire) to work in the great outdoors 
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients & coworkers 
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn new skills 
- Ability & understanding that you will work as a top notch ground crew member when others are climbing (we have multiple skilled climbers on each crew)

This position presents many intellectual challenges and requires someone who is thoughtful and enjoys problem solving.
