Looking to hire QLCA Tree Climbers, QLCA Aerial Operators, Fellers and Ground Sawyers to work in Paradise, CA. 
Please ensure that you have all your certifications beforehand. If you don't, please let me know so we can get that done before.

QLCA Climber
Pay Rate: $38.45/hr.
A qualified line clearance arborist climber is an experienced tree climber who has been certified as having proven line clearance experience as an arborist. 
The QLCA Certified Climber needs to have the following skills/training:
• OSHA Logging 1910.266
• Technical Tree Felling & Felling Techniques
• Chain Saw Safety
• Rigging
• Climbing
• Aerial Lift Operations
• Knots & Hitches
• GHS/HAZCOM
• First Aid/CPR
• EHAT
• PPE

QLCA Aerial Operator
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr.
A Qualified Line Clearance Arborist Aerial Operator is an experienced operator of a bucket truck who has been certified as having proven line clearance as an arborist. This person, if also qualified as a Climber, may also be required to climb a tree from a bucket. 
The QLCA Aerial Operator needs to have the following skills/training:
• OSHA Logging 1910.266
• Technical Tree Felling & Cutting Techniques
• Chain Saw Safety
• Rigging
• Climbing
• Aerial Lift Operations
• Knots & Hitches
• GHS/HAZCOM
• First Aid/CPR
• EHAT
• PPE

QLCA Feller
Pay Rate: $30.50/hr.
The QLCA Feller is an experienced tree cutter capable of cutting a standing tree and successfully laying it on the ground using the bore cut technique with the utilization of ropes to mechanically drop the tree within a specified drop zone. The Feller must also be able to assist Climbers by rigging tools to be sent aloft and by being able to quickly untie tools and tree limbs that have been lowered by rope. The Feller must be experienced in cutting hazard trees, particularly those near power lines. 
The QLCA Feller needs to have the following skills/training:
• OSHA Logging 1910.266
• Technical Tree Felling & Cutting Techniques
• Chain Saw Safety
• Rigging
• Knots & Hitches
• GHS/HAZCOM
• First Aid/CPR
• EHAT
• PPE

Ground Sawyer
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.
The Ground Sawyer is an experienced tree cutter who is capable of efficiently cutting trees and limbs that have already been dropped to the ground. The Ground Sawyer will be able to cut logs to size for commercial (timber) purposes. The Ground Sawyer must be able to assist Climbers by rigging tools to be sent aloft and by being able to quickly untie tools and tree limbs that have been lowered by rope. 
The Ground Sawyer needs to have the following skills/training:
• OSHA Logging 1910.266
• Technical Tree Felling & Cutting Techniques
• Chain Saw Safety
• Rigging
• Knots & Hitches
• GHS/HAZCOM
• First Aid/CPR
• EHAT
