Crew Lead Arborist (Tree Climber) — Vancouver
$32–$48/hr + benefits | Full-time

We’re Devine Arboricultural Solutions—a tight-knit East Van crew serving Vancouver, North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, Tri-Cities and beyond. Some days it’s tight urban removals; other days it’s big views and big trees. It stays interesting.
What you’ll do
- Lead a small crew with safety, precision, and client care at the forefront
- Climb daily: pruning, rigging, hazard removals (bonus: cabling/bracing, planting, PHC/pest mgmt)
- Operate and maintain trucks, chippers, stump grinder, mini-loader, saws
- Scope jobs, communicate with clients, and set a professional tone on-site
What you bring
- 4+ years pro climbing (MRS & SRS) and sharp tree ID
- ISA Certified Arborist (or equivalent)—we’ll support ongoing credentials
- Level-headed, positive, reliable; safety-minded and physically fit
- Team player who values trust, inclusion, and continuous learning
- Great customer handling and communication
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule & logistics
- Mon–Fri, 7am starts; weekends off (occasional storm response)
- Reliable transport to our Burnaby yard required
