Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform all aspects of tree pruning, maintenance, and removals safely while adhering to ISA best practices.
Including, but not limited to: pruning, removal of deadwood, installation of cables, bracing, and removal of hazardous trees.
Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment.
Lead a small ground crew in a respectful and professional manner.
Communicate professionally with homeowner’s when necessary.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years tree care experience
demonstrated climbing ability of large trees for pruning, ability to access tips of trees
Efficiently removing trees of all sizes in technical locations
Degree in Horticulture or Forestry preferred
Pay :
Starting at $25/hour
starting salary based on experience and education
