Superior Exterior Treecare Ltd is a Hawkes Bay based business specialising in Arboriculture services. It was established in 1999 by Jonathan Doyle, a qualified arborist trained in NZ and the UK in the early 90’s. Jonathan has proved has ability as an arborist to operate and manage complex arboriculture practices.

His care and attention to Health and Safety in the workplace over 28 years has proved to be invaluable to achieving a zero harm workplace.

We provide a wide range of professional tree care and vegetation control services, including tree pruning, felling, thinning, deadwood removal and stump grinding. We also provide power and telephone line clearance.

Our fleet of specialised machinery includes: a 20M elevated working platform truck which provides us with instant access to canopy level for the efficient removal of branches. Our 4 truck and chipper utility units are designed to efficiently remove any amount of debris and we also have the capacity to remove large quantities of heavy wood. With 4 large tip trucks, an Avant pivot steer loader, with 8 and 12 ton excavators with rotating grapples we are well equipped for handling all sizes of wood. We also have the capacity to remove any size stump with a range of both large and small machines.

Superior Exterior specialises in contracting to government departments, local bodies and large commercial businesses.

Superior Exterior is committed to maintaining health and safety on their work sites. We have a comprehensive Health and Safety System. With compliance to Worksafe NZ requirements and the Arboriculture Code of Practice.

Our team includes qualified climbing arborists, groundsmen who are qualified traffic controllers (TC) and a Compliance Coordinator.
