Heartwood Tree Surgeons is one of the first Worker-Owned Tree Care Cooperative in the United States. We were founded in 1973 and primarily serve golf courses, municipalities and some residential.

Our model branch is normally 8 full-time Field Arborists and 2 Project Managers.
- Work steady 40 hours per week throughout the year, so must tolerate our winter
- 4 day, 10 hour work week (Friday's Off)
- We’ll invest into your skills and personal development
Compensation:
- Hourly pay, between $28 to $32 per hour
- PTO and Flex UTO
- Dividend Payment of Cooperative Success
Preferences:
- You are an ISA Arborist or can become certified within 2 years of hire
- Comfortable with SRT techniques
