Career Development Inc. (CDI) has trained young men and women for vocational careers at many conservation Job Corps Centers throughout the United States since 2010. The company is owned and operated by Neal and Denise Ayers.
CDI currently provides program management for Sixteen Job Corps training programs for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service at Angell, Mingo, Blackwell, Flatwoods, Great Onyx, Schenck, Golconda, Pine Knot, Ouachita, Wolf Creek and Curlew CCC’s; The trades taught are Office Administration, Health Occupations, Plumbing, Urban forestry, Construction Craft Laborers, and Welding.
CDI currently employees a total of twenty three highly qualified staff located in nine different states that include Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
