Position Description Olympia Tree Care is looking to hire an experienced Tree Care professional to fill the role of Field Supervising Arborist. This position's primary responsibility is to supervise, manage, mentor and train 10+ production crew members. They serve a vital role in ensuring that productivity and profitability goals are met, whilst supporting both production staff in the field and administrative staff. This individual is a driven problem solver, who is able to remain adaptable to the ever changing obstacles that daily work in the arboriculture industry present.
